This massage involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to firm. This type of massage is considered to be one of the most relaxing styles.

ABOUT
Trevor Graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2005 and has since gained a broad experience working in hospitality and multi-disciplinary clinics in South Western Ontario.
Trevor’s intention is for clients to benefit therapeutically from their time with him and leave with an understanding and increased awareness of their wellbeing.
Trevor incorporates a variety of modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, strain/counter strain, general osteopathic technique, swedish massage and more to deliver a highly effective treatment.
